Zoph 0.9.23 released

Another release of Zoph is available, v0.9.23, More than 2 months have past, so it was about time for a new Zoph version! This version mostly contains 'behind the scenes' changes.

I'm still working hard to finally have Zoph's looks fully managed by templates and we're getting really close. Furthermore a few bugs have been fixed and some updates to the upgrade process, to handle a few cases better. Finally, a small new feature: I noticed after I had accidently forgotten to set the correct people when importing a bunch of photos, that is wasn't possible to add a person to mu ltiple photos at the same time, so I added that.
